This fee is not charged by us. It is an extra cost applied by the logistics company based on the actual weight and dimensions of the package when shipping to certain countries or regions. Since each destination has different courier policies, and every product varies in size and weight, the overweight surcharge may differ from case to case. We simply pass on the exact fee charged by the logistics provider and do not earn any profit from it.

Orders are shipped twice a month — on the 15th and 30th.
All confirmed orders placed before these dates will be included in the upcoming shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

(Example: Orders placed before the 15th will be shipped around the 15th, and orders placed before the 30th will be shipped around the 30th.)

   Covers the entire unit, including the motor, pump, control panel, and internal circulation system.

   Within three years, customers may access official repair services for any non-human-factor functional issues.
   
3. Lifetime Spare Parts Support
   
   We provide lifetime access to replacement spare parts to ensure long-term performance and ease of maintenance.
