If you have purchased one of our products, we really appreciate your support.
Our refund period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
As long as you are eligible for a refund, we will give you a full refund when we receive the item you received. Items to be returned must be brand new, and still sealed in their original packaging.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Delayed or Lost Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund can be issued.
