This fee is not charged by us. It is an extra cost applied by the logistics company based on the actual weight and dimensions of the package when shipping to certain countries or regions. Since each destination has different courier policies, and every product varies in size and weight, the overweight surcharge may differ from case to case. We simply pass on the exact fee charged by the logistics provider and do not earn any profit from it.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

For U.S. orders, delivery is expected within 7 business days after shipment.

For orders to other countries, the estimated delivery time is generally 30–40 business days, depending on the destination and shipping route.

Please note that customs inspections or other customs-related delays may occasionally extend the delivery time. If this happens, we will continue following up with the carrier and urge them to move the shipment forward as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
